VHS student's work on display at the KIA High School Juried Art Show

Congratulations to Kyren Shields, a junior at Vicksburg High School, who had his artwork selected for the High School Juried Art Show at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts!

The piece is titled "(ONSHOT) KIRAKIRA 0" and is a digital illustration. He was awarded three different scholarships from Frostic School of Art at WMU, Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and Siena Heights University as the result of her impressive art work.

The show will remain on display and open to the public through April 28th at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts in downtown Kalamazoo.
